Date nightDate Night is a 2010 comedy film directed by Shawn Levy and starring Steve Carell and Tina Fey.

It was released in the U.S. on April 9, 2010.

Plot
Phil and Claire Foster (Steve Carell and Tina Fey) is a New Jersey couple with two children whose home life has become routine.

Phil is a tax advisor, while Claire is a real estate agent. They have a week “date night” at a local restaurant followed by a movie, but it is as routine as everything else in your marriage.

They learn that their best friends, Brad (Mark Ruffalo) and Haley (Kristen Wiig), are getting divorced.

In an effort to rekindle the romance, Phil Claire has a modern restaurant in Manhattan where they can not get a table. Phil decides to take a booking for a couple of no-show, the Tripplehorns despite the doubts of Claire.

Halfway through their meal, they were approached by two men named Collins (common) and Armstrong (Jimmi Simpson), who asked about a flash drive that they believe robbed Phil and Claire Miletto mob boss Joe (Ray Liotta). Phil and Claire try to explain that they are not the Tripplehorns, but the two men are threatened at gunpoint.

Seeing no other way, Phil decided to tell you that in a boathouse in Central Park.

In the boathouse, Claire seeks to find, while Collins and Armstrong are back again, Phil hits them with an oar and escapes with Claire on a boat. In a police station, Phil and talk to the detective Claire Arroyo (Taraji P. Henson), but discovers Collins and Armstrong are also detectives, presumably on the payroll of Miletto.

Realizing that they can not trust the police, decide to find the real “Tripplehorns.” They return to the restaurant, and have your phone number.

Claire recalls one of his former clients, Holbrooke Grant (Mark Wahlberg) is a security expert. In his apartment, Grant, who flirts with Claire, trace the signal to an apartment owned by Tom Felton. Collins and Armstrong arrive but Phil and Claire escape in a car of Grant. In the car, they argue.

They arrive at the apartment of Felton and Felton Questioned forcible entry, nicknamed “Taste” (James Franco) and his girlfriend “Whippit” (Mila Kunis) on the flash drive Miletto Joe. Turns out they had gone to the restaurant, but left when they saw Collins.

Realizing that they are now in danger, the couple gives the flash drive to Phil and escape. When Phil and Claire in the car again, Armstrong and Collins began to shoot. Phil and Claire in a taxi accident. Phil and the driver (JB Smoove) decides to leave to escape. Phil climbs into the cab so you can surf, while Claire is moving the other car.

Phil finds the flash drive into Amazon Kindle the driver and find pictures of Frank Crenshaw district attorney (William Fichtner), with prostitutes. After evading Collins and Armstrong and several patrol cars, which are potentially affected and separated by another car. The cab falls into the river, Phil and flight of the driver but without the flash drive.

On the subway, Claire Felton was determined that the flash drive to blackmail Crenshaw. Return home of Grant and Grant refuses to help this time after having run for incompetence, but Phil and agree that begs it. Phil and Claire go to the strip club he frequents Crenshaw, with Claire on the pretext of a prostitute and her pimp Phil again. Claire changes costumes and the two go to the room where Crenshaw.

After doing a pole dance for him, confront him and tell him they are the Tripplehorns. Collins and Armstrong to enter and keep them at gunpoint and take them to the ceiling with Crenshaw. Miletto henchmen arrives and reveals that Crenshaw Miletto have been paid to keep him out of jail. When Phil mentioned the photos, is intensifying a dispute between the mafia and Crenshaw, Collins and Armstrong.

Phil asks Claire to count to three and when it does, I get a helicopter and Arroyo and the police come to the roof to stop Miletto, Crenshaw, and everyone else. It is revealed that Phil was using a cable courtesy of Grant, who told Arroyo of the situation.

Phil and Claire have breakfast at a local restaurant in the city later, when Phil admits that Claire would marry and have their children again if given the chance. When they return home, start making with passion on the front lawn for an extended period of time.

A following scene shows alternative credit lines to talk to the waitress in claw.
